7-8C have had a busy year so far exploring a variety of topics in Maths, Science, English and HASS. They have looked at the cultural significance of Vikings in depth and demonstrated their understanding of their daily life, exploration and battles through a variety of creative activities. In English they have completed narratives and have just submitted their latest assignment on Information Reports. To enhance their skills in English, the students have been perfecting their paragraph structure and also studying the Greek/Latin word origins to help with their vocabulary. In the second half of the year we will be looking at language devices and studying Landforms in Geography.
