Our Year 9-10 students were fortunate to take part in the Beacon Foundation Growth Industry Partnership Program (GrIPP) at Bell Bay Aluminium.

They enjoyed an engaging speed career session with Bell Bay Aluminium volunteers, learning about the wide range of careers available on site. Students also had the incredible opportunity to tour the facility and see firsthand how it operates.

Throughout the day, they discovered the key qualities Bell Bay Aluminium values in their employees:

• Commitment to following protocols and processes
