Towards the end of Term 2 all the 1-2 Classes visited Franklin House in Launceston. The students were able to explore ‘how things/technology have changed over time’ through practical re-enactments and questioning. The students were highly engaged throughout the entire day and really enjoyed the olden day games they were able to play during their break times.

We would like to send a special thanks to the Franklin House organisers, the lovely ladies who guided us through the house and answered all our questions were very knowledgeable and made our day very enjoyable and educational. We would also like to send a huge thank you to all our parent helpers, their support on the day made things run very smoothly and it was very much appreciated by all staff and students.
