Sun Smart Term 1
Think UV. Not heat!
Schools back and that means hats back on and time to Slip on sun protective clothing, Slop on sunscreen, Slap on a sun safe hat, Seek shade and Slide on sunglasses whenever the UV is 3 and above. Remember to pack a hat and sunglasses and apply sunscreen before coming to school.
Broad rimmed hats must be worn during Term 1 and Term 4 to be able to be outside during recess and lunch times. Students who do not have a broad rimmed hat will need to be in the shade or stay indoors. Caps that do not cover the ears and back the neck are not acceptable.
